ISAAC survey on preferred cultural heritage e-services

The survey aims to discover users' preferences for the e-services and the way information about cultural heritage might best be presented. The general objective of this survey is to investigate people preferences for the various aspects of a city-based electronic information system to promote cultural heritage. The findings will inform many aspects of the ISAAC project. User surveys are being conducted in Amsterdam, Genoa and Leipzig of residents, tourists and (cultural heritage) service providers. The questionnaire is provided both in paper form for face-to-face interviews and in this on-line survey.
