Promoting Cultural Heritage Tourism
through Integrated e-Services

The ISAAC International Research Project aims to promote cultural heritage tourism through a novel Information Communication Technology (ICT) environment, providing integrated and user-friendly tourism e-services that facilitate wide virtual access to European cultural heritage assets.
ISAAC International Conference aims to disseminate the project results to key decision-makers and the scientific community, and will bring together experts who share interests in promoting cultural heritage tourism through integrated e-services.

The conference papers cover the following themes:
   1. Use of ICT to promote cultural heritage tourism
   2. E-Governance and competitive tourism destinations
   3. User preferences, social networking and user involvement
   4. Innovative ICT, sustainability and socio-economic change
   5. Visitor satisfaction and urban tourism management

Participants will also be able to see live demonstrations of the novel ISAAC IT Platform, including decision-making and governance e-tools and the integrated tourism e-service prototypes in the cities of Amsterdam, Genoa and Leipzig.
